P3ProSwing Interview

Q&A With Tim Remington

By Brian Weis

What is the P3ProSwing?
The P3ProSwing is a system that offers very accurate swing analytics on a durable platform right from your living room! We have 65 optical sensors that track the club head through your swing and calculate data such as Swing speed, Face angle, Swing path, Angle of attack, Strike location (Sweet spot), ball speed, Swing Tempo, Toe / heel height, total distance, carry, roll and more!

What makes the P3ProSwing Unique?
We here at P3 don't just stop at accurate swing analytics to help improve your game. We also offer those same swing analytics right on the golf course! You can go out and play courses that directly resemble those the pros play like Doral, Cog hill, Medinah and Couer D'Alene to name a few! Not only can you play those courses from the comfort of your Living room, you can also play your friends anywhere in the world online with World Dunes!

What is online play (World Dunes)?

World Dunes is a partner of the P3Pro. We have been able to take our indoor golf experience over the web and allow our users to play with anyone in the world that has a P3ProSwing and an internet connection! Just start a match, invite a friend and even let someone else in if you want to make a foursome. Just like meeting guys on the first tee, you can see their face and hear their voice with live video and audio streaming between you and your opponents!

Is this system designed for residential in home use or is it based on commercial use?

It is the best of both worlds. This system is affordable enough to have as in home analytics and we offer packages that also have the professionalism to provide a great commercial use as well. Our system can be used for anything from hitting range balls and playing rounds in your living room, to being used as a teaching tool on a commercial platform.

Where can I buy one?
We have distributors around the country, but the very best place to order your own P3ProSwing is to contact sales at 1(207) 824-7403 or you can call 1(877) 737-7646. Check out what we have to offer and/or place an order by visiting our website at www.P3ProSwing.com.

About: Brian Weis

Brian Weis Brian Weis is the mastermind behind GolfTrips.com, a vast network of golf travel and directory sites covering everything from the rolling fairways of Wisconsin to the sunbaked desert layouts of Arizona. If there’s a golf destination worth visiting, chances are, Brian has written about it, played it, or at the very least, found a way to justify a "business trip" there.

As a card-carrying member of the Golf Writers Association of America (GWAA), International Network of Golf (ING), Golf Travel Writers of America (GTWA), International Golf Travel Writers Association (IGTWA), and The Society of Hickory Golfers (SoHG), Brian has the credentials to prove that talking about golf is his full-time job. In 2016, his peers even handed him The Shaheen Cup, a prestigious award in golf travel writing—essentially the Masters green jacket for guys who don’t hit the range but still know where the best 19th holes are.

Brian’s love for golf goes way back. As a kid, he competed in junior and high school golf, only to realize that his dreams of a college golf scholarship had about the same odds as a 30-handicap making a hole-in-one. Instead, he took the more practical route—working on the West Bend Country Club grounds crew to fund his University of Wisconsin education. Little did he know that mowing greens and fixing divots would one day lead to a career writing about the best courses on the planet.

In 2004, Brian turned his golf passion into a business, launching GolfWisconsin.com. Three years later, he expanded his vision, and GolfTrips.com was born—a one-stop shop for golf travel junkies looking for their next tee time. Today, his empire spans all 50 states, and 20+ international destinations.

On the course, Brian is a weekend warrior who oscillates between a 5 and 9 handicap, depending on how much he's been traveling (or how generous he’s feeling with his scorecard). His signature move" A high, soft fade that his playing partners affectionately (or not-so-affectionately) call "The Weis Slice." But when he catches one clean, his 300+ yard drives remind everyone that while he may write about golf for a living, he can still send a ball into the next zip code with the best of them.

Whether he’s hunting down the best public courses, digging up hidden gems, or simply outdriving his buddies, Brian Weis is living proof that golf is more than a game—it’s a way of life.
